To get your project started, you will need plans and elevations of your property.

We can assist by visiting your property, carrying out a measured survey and providing you with scaled plans and elevations in pdf for your use.

We can help you visualise your ideas by providing scaled sketch layouts and elevations to bring your idea's to life. 

These will be in coloured pdf's and will be in an easy to understand format. If you need more detail, we can also provide 3D models.

Change your mind, don't worry. Included within this service are two drawing amends to the design.

We can assist on what statutory approvals are required for your project. 

Whether it's permitted development, full planning permission, listed building, conservation area consent, building regulations or any combination of these. We will supply all necessary drawings & information, liaise with the appropriate authorities and make the applications to ensure your project gets approved as quickly as possible.

Dealing with builders and suppliers can be daunting. We can provide project management services to varying levels. 

To ensure your project is run smoothly and on programme, we typically attend site at set up, regular site visits during the project and a final handover to you at the end. This will ensure that your project is safe & legal, to the required quality and most importantly within programme. 

Communication is a key part of project management and we will provide you with weekly updates throughout the project.
