"I worked alongside Adrian for two years as Head of Brand Building Development for the City Division Brands - All Bar One, Browns Brasseries, Castle Independent Pubs and the Nicholson's collection of historic pubs. Adrian led the brand design and property development of this wide and varying group of individual businesses. During his time, he evolved the Browns design from Edinburgh to roll, prior to Covid, and he evolved the All Bar One design which can be seen at Houndsditch. Both designs gave these well loved brands the step change they deserved plus impressive return on investments. We cannot wait to roll these designs out in the future.
